The Scan Portal manages the data collection from scanners and fax devices. eFLOW supports a wide range of production scanners and faxes.
eForm Portal
The eFORM Portal manages input from electronic forms sent via the Internet. The portal manages two-way transactions so that information from corporate databases can be used to validate information entered on the eform.
Mobile Portal
The Mobile Portal provides 2-way wireless communication to transmit and receive transactions and other information anytime, anywhere. eFLOW's mobile capability does not depend on a continuous uninterrupted wireless link.

Freedom uses a unique voting algorithm to understand the form and to identify the areas on the page that hold critical data.
